nGAGE (formerly Human Capital Investment Group)
HCIG started in 2008 with an investment in Eden Brown, creating the platform for growth; over a period of 6 years to 2015, the platform completed two acquisitions and launched 9 start-ups. At the point of sale, CIG’s investment portfolio comprised 7 JVs and 3 existing businesses, generating £50m recruitment net fee income. The platform was sold to Graphite Capital, the London-based private equity firm, in 2014.
Post the acquisition, the business was rebranded as nGAGE, and continues to do very well today.
