Our History

Hamilton Bradshaw was founded in 2003 by James Caan CBE on a simple principle: entrepreneurs achieve extraordinary things when they have the right guidance, experience, and hands-on support.

Drawing on his own journey of building and scaling successful businesses, James set out to create a firm that does more than advise — one that works side by side with founders to shape market-leading organisations.

Today, Hamilton Bradshaw operates across recruitment, professional services, and real estate, and has partnered with over 50 businesses — helping create more than £1 billion in enterprise value and supporting 17 successful exits.
